Vocapair 1.0 is available through the App Store. Apple processes downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and eligible restores.
Using Vocapair
You may use Vocapair for personal language learning in accordance with these terms, Apple’s applicable terms, and the law. Do not misuse the app, bypass access controls, disrupt services, or redistribute proprietary content without permission.
Learning content
Translations, levels, pronunciation, and illustrations are educational aids. They may not fit every dialect, context, or professional situation. Vocapair does not provide certified translation, medical, legal, or other professional advice.
Availability and beta builds
The production app is distributed through the App Store. Optional TestFlight builds may expire, contain defects, reset test data, or change without notice. Access to a beta feature or test transaction does not create a production entitlement.
Purchases
Optional production purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under the prices, durations, and terms shown in your local App Store. Restore eligible purchases using the same Apple Account. TestFlight and StoreKit test transactions are for evaluation only and do not create a production charge or entitlement.
Intellectual property
Vocapair, its interface, original dictionaries, artwork, and other included materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party platform names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vocapair and any beta builds are provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Apple terms
Distribution through Apple platforms is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Unless a custom production EULA is presented later, the production app is intended to use Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
